I search for tension in your body so you get relief from aches, dis-eases, & emotional triggers. Exposing tensions brings flow to your energies. My clients often experience a sense of lightness & calm.
Clients have shared improvement from digestive issues (acid reflux, GERD, IBS), menstrual issues, fertility issues, chronic fatigue, mobility issues, hormonal imbalances, edema, toxins & allergies, emotional triggers & chronic stress, long haul COVID to name a few.

My perspectives: East and West
Growing up in the Philippines and living in Canada has given me the constant opportunity to find my balance of East and West influences.
West is composed of my "formal learnings" and exposure to the culture in Canada.
East is composed of traditional Philippine healing arts and Chinese medicine.
In life, wherever we are, we are striving for that balance for our well-being. It is heartening whenever I see my clients in harmony with their lives.
